The view of God's masterpiece, the BEACH, from our 16th floor condo is breathtaking! See spectacular views of the Chocktaw Bay, it's Mid-Bay bridge, local airstrip, golf course, ball fields plus Destin's lovely skyline at night. No road or parking lot seperates you from the miles of sugar white sand & crystal clear emerald waters.
No pets & no smoking allowed. There is a Gulf-side picnic area complete with gas grills. Families and couples are the condo's specialty. We do not rent to folks under 25. Our building is fully enclosed & very quiet. You are protected from the elements, noise of other guests, housekeepers or street sounds. Open any of the 5 sliding glass patio doors to the world of beach sounds! Semi-private elevators serving only three rooms on each floor aleviate wait time. Not to mention assigned underground, gated parking.
